Liz Hinlein

Liz Hinlein is an award winning director and cinematographer.  Hinlein received her BFA from from NYU Tisch School of the Arts and her MFA from The American Film Institute.  She has travelled the world shooting commercials and films for Dove, Revlon, Maybelline, Olay, Oral B, Woolite, Visine, Gillette and Nivea.  She has shot and directed rockumentaries, music videos, feautures, web series and documentaries.  Working with talents such as Britney Spears, Jonathan Tucker, Mary J. Blige, Halle Berry, Jenny Garth, Jennifer Esposito, Cindy Blackman and Nona Hendri.  Her short art/films have been featured in film festivals around the world including;  The Berlin Film Festival, Worldfest, Hamptons International Film Festival among others.  She recently completed her first feauture film, “OTHER PEOPLE’S CHILDREN” feauturing Chad Michael Murray, Michael Mosley and Scott Patterson.  She also directed her first theater piece, “JUICE”, a one act play for the GLO FESTIVAL at the Santa Monica Playhouse.  She is currently in development on two feauture films:  “BLEED” and “GETTING TOMMY LAID”.
